Classical and Contemporary Dance from India
Now pursuing a BA Dance at Bath Spa University, Divija trained in Bharatnatyam from the age of five. She is currently under the guidance of Kiran Subramanyam and Sandhya Kiran in Bangalore, India. Her solo debut performance was at Arangetram in 2014, and she has performed at various dance festivals in India, at the Indian Classical Dance Festival in Bath, and SparkFest. Divija experiments with an amalgamation of classical and contemporary dance forms to create her own personal style of movement.
